1. Acceptance of Terms
By attending events and parties at Jack’s SinDen, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, which apply during the events and parties for the duration of the event. Exceptions to certain rules may apply depending on the type of event (E.g. Alcohol allowed at event where bdsm types of play are excluded) If you do not agree, please refrain from attending.
2. Age Restrictions
All attendees must be at least 18 years old. Valid identification is required for entry.
3. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of violence outside of a scene will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event and permanent ban.
4. Consent and Contact
- Consent is mandatory for all forms of contact. You must ask for permission before touching others or their belongings.
- The event safe word is RED. Saying “RED” during any interaction will cease the interaction immediately. If it does not, seek out a Dungeon Monitor.
5. Event Environment
Jack’s SinDen is a BDSM, fetish, and alternative lifestyle friendly house that Jack resides in. Attendees and guests may be exposed to various kink-oriented activities, including but not limited to:
- Rough body play
- Sadistic and masochistic exchanges
- Bodily fluid exchange
- Impact play
6. Photography and Recording
- Ask permission prior to taking photos and videos. Express permission from all that are captured is required and anyone may object. Violators may be asked to leave.
- If suspected of unauthorized recording, you may be required to delete data or face removal from the event and a permanent ban.
7. Substance Policy
To participate in any scene all attendees must not be under the influence of any substances that would impair their ability to provide informed consent. This includes alcohol and illegal substances. Illegal substances should not be brought onto the property. By participating you are affirming that you are capable of providing consent. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
8. Visibly Impaired Individuals
Individuals who are visibly impaired from some form of intoxicant will be asked to leave the property to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. “Visibly impaired” means observable signs (e.g., slurred speech, unsteady balance, glassy or unfocused eyes, incoherent responses, extreme drowsiness, vomiting, or erratic/unpredictable behavior) indicating a person may be unable to provide informed consent or safely participate.
9. Safety and Equipment
- All necessary safety equipment must be present for any scenes. Jack reserve the right to stop scenes for safety reasons.
- Attendees must clean up their scenes, including disinfecting equipment and changing bedding/barriers.
10. Reporting Incidents
Any incidents, including damage, injury, or violations, must be reported immediately to Jack.
11. Liability Waiver
By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. Jack and Jack’s SinDen is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
12. Supervision Status
By agreeing to these rules and participating in any Jack’s SinDen event, you confirm that you are not under any state or federal supervision, including probation, parole, or registration as a sexual offender.
13. Changes to Terms
Jack’s SinDen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or at the event.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas in which Jack’s SinDen operates.
